DAY ONE:

Arrive at Entebbe international Airport, depending on time drive to your hotel for overnight Serena or Hotel Africana Kampala or Holiday Express Inn.

 

DAY TWO:

After breakfast transfer to Mbale getting ready for the next days trekking overnight Mt. Elgon Hotel to Sunrise Inn Mbale.

 

DAY THREE:

After breakfast transfer to Budadiri to take the Sasa river trail, we start the trek after clearing with the park offices in Budadiri, we go past the Bagisu homes in the village of Bumasola and Mudange cliffs continue through the Arabic coffee plantations to Sasa river camp for overnight.

 

DAY FOUR:

We leave Sasa River camp after breakfast via Sasa patrol hut we continue to Mude cave 5 Kms from Sasa river camp where we stay for overnight.

 

DAY FIVE:

From Mude cave we shall trek to the Peak- Wagagai Summit and back to Mude cave camp for overnight.

 

DAY SIX:

From Mude we shall trek to Jackson Summit 8 Kms (if desired) return after which descend back to Sasa river camp for overnight.

 

DAY SEVEN:

After breakfast, descend back to the park headquarters at the exploration center then transfer to Sipi falls overnight Sipi falls resort.

 

DAY EIGHT:

Morning to Sipi falls after transfer back to Kampala overnight Hotel Africana.

 

DAY NINE:

Transfer to the Airport for your flight, end of services.

 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Our package prices include park entrance fees, vehicle to drop off and pick up from the mountain, ranger guide fees, meals while in the mountain, accommodations and meals while in the mountains and in hotels
